I have a love/hate relationship with this podcast. I love Dr. Youn and love the honest and informative content every week. I have learn so much and it’s helped me find great products. But I hate when I hear about so many treatments I want and wish I could get!!
I look forward to these podcasts. I have tried several of Dr. Youn’s suggestion and they really work. They are smart, effective and have helped me focus on things that truly turn back the clock.
Finally, a health podcast with useful advice, that’s candid and not rehearsed. Dr. Youn insights are professional and never feels like a sales pitch. But after his last show, I couldn’t resist switching up my long time supplements and buying his vitamins!!
