Just listened to the interview with Chip Roy, “rock ribbed conservative.” Tim Alberta asked pointed questions in a respectful way that elicited straight answers from Roy. This is exactly the kind of political discourse we need more of. Great job! I’m making Off Topic one of my regular go-to podcasts.
I unsubscribed from this podcast after the Steve Scalise interview. The host let him blatantly lie with no push back at all. Scalise said the right was never violent, that it was a problem only on the left. He claimed that Democrats were paid to attack Trump supporters.
