Just listened to the podcast with Geelong’s head of strength and conditioning. Such an interesting listen to get an insight into the setup/profiling that takes place in a high performance environment. Very insightful to hear the different approaches used in testing of equipment isn’t readily available. The ability to create an environment where S+C coaches are pushed/challenged and questions are asked by players is also another fascinating insight.
