Very interesting to think about separation of mind vs. brain. Almost like conscious vs. unconscious, but I never really thought I had much control over my unconscious - I’m inspired to try this kind of “reprogramming” over time. Now I’m excited to hear the topic for episode 2, this kind of stuff is right up my alley!
I’m so glad I found Tessa !I have always tried to find someone that has knowledge , information that people need to apply into their lives and it also combines both neuro and psych, I love both subjects, it’s mind blowing therapy!
