  • I have met my tribe.

Listening to this podcast where people have similar success as well as struggles is a blessing. Helps me to remember I’m not in this alone. Thank you all for your honesty and your testimony. As a nurse I gained a lot of weight during COVID. Taking care of others has always been my focus and now it’s time for me to make myself a priority. I love this podcast and I love all of you! Thank you again!
