Reviews

4.5 out of 5 stars from 560 ratings
  • Great content, audio quality is poor

I love this podcast but I can’t give it a 5 star because the audio quality is really poor. I don’t know what’s happening when Debra is recording but there are so many clocks and taps that it is distracting. It’s like someone is typing on the keyboard when they are on speaker on a zoom call. Please fix. Otherwise the topics are very timely and appropriate to middle aged women. No hard sell on products, just sage advice.

  • Sorry

I love your podcast. But I just have to say I had to turn off the last one on exercise crisis. I’m 45 and workout 5 days a week and I had to turn it off after 15 min. It was actually depressing

She’s the real deal—an educated woman who has been through it herself and now empowers others to do the same. Her approach is practical, straightforward, and backed by experience.
