  • Thank you!

As I took off on a walk to calm myself from my anxiety attack, I quickly searched my podcast search bar for “help with anxiety” and your podcasts popped up. I listened to 2 hours of them and have been hooked ever since. I’m so bummed to see you going off-air but I definitely have MANY episodes to catch up on. So this is more of a “thank you” for answering these questions and divulging into hard topics.

  • Gave up on podcast after one of the episodes.

Being "sex positive" would also mean you would have to know your stuff before talking.

Watching pornography is no way helpful for anyone and it is a cause of serious issues. Starting with depression, anxiety, lack of motivation, lack of energy... I can go on and on.

Sure, for people who can watch it once a week or so, that might not be the issuse, but for listener who asked about his porn addiction (which a real deal), it sure is an issue.
