Whether you are looking to leave or have already left teaching, this podcast is a lifeline to your journey! I found TTC a year ago and left my teaching career at the end of 2025 school year. Over this past year I have listened to probably every podcast, joined the TCC course (completed 3/5 modules), and I have been applying to jobs since March. When I start to lose hope, it is amazing how one podcast or visit to the Teacher Career Community, I find something that seems as if it was speaking dire... more

I don’t know if I could have done it without the course and podcast encouraging me on. Not accepting the position I was slated to teach in the fall was a huge decision: at the time, I was considering early retirement. I’m so glad I bought the course and followed the advice! Here’s to new beginnings!
These podcasts are so helpful in setting my mindset to make some challenging decisions for myself - 18 years in the profession and the burn out is real! Thank you

I secured a corporate job making more money, way less stress, with professional, caring co-workers and mentoring leadership.
I don’t think I realized that it truly is possible to transition out of teaching into a new career. People do it all the time... more
