I lost my husband in July 2025. I have really enjoyed Krista’s podcasts. She has helped me understand what I’m feeling is normal and how to deal with some of the issues. I’ve only listened to a handful of them but I look forward to them. I would recommend this podcast to anyone that has lost someone close to them.
I enjoyed hearing ways to recognize feelings.
I am newly widowed, so still at the stage of disbelief and confusion.
I plan on listening to more of these podcasts.

Love this podcast, Krista understands and gives tips for dealing with your grief every day
These podcasts are simply the best. Not just for widows. Not just for widow’d moms. Not just for those grieving. But for anyone who wants to understand themselves better. I’m on my 5th year of listening to Krista’s podcasts (every week) and I still get so much out of them. I also went through her program for 3 years and it was so helpful in giving me the tools to build a life I can love. Still using the tools regularly! Thanks Krista. You rock. 💚💜🧡
