比如说去抚摸上班路上的树叶，都可以让我们感到一种放松，和内心的安宁。
另外对于创作这件事情，我们也需要放松，更专注于诚实面对自己，而不是追寻方法论。
有时候很多金句，其实都不是预先演练好的，而是嘉宾在当下那个时刻自然而然流露出的结果，它没有办法被计划。

Hello大家好，这一期是「二拾青年」第一次举办的线上圆桌，在冬至之夜，聊聊“成长过程中我们所获得和失去的友谊”。
这一期非常打动主播的地方在于，阿呆和陈曦在节目最后讲的两句话：
1.友谊降级不是一种失败，而是退回彼此更合适的浓度
2.这个时代，我们都擅长离开，却都不擅长告别。也许这是一种对“友谊降级”最好的解释。
此外，在最后的祝福环节，主播因为太I了,不好意思，所以没能及时回应陈曦的祝福。
