These two have a a lovely dynamic and their judgement and care free attitude to the condition make me feel so at ease. Since diagnosis it’s been a great resource, learning about and forgiving past behaviour can be tricky but they make me feel less guilty about being chaos in the brain. Would really love a visual one too ❤️
Every time I feel like I’m such a loser this podcast reminds me - nah, I just have ADHD and it’s hard sometimes. Always entertaining and always comforting, even when the hosts are working through their own stuff. Highly reccomend to anyone who’s sorting it out for the first time or just wants to feel “normal” :)
