I have never wrote a review for a podcast but if I heard her verbalize another question I am probably asking myself I was gonna go crazy! I was more than half way through the “stuck” episode and had heard nothing of value. I understand that our mindset has a lot to do with our relationship to food and exercise, but at some point you have to work on more than your head. If a mental block is all you need to get rid of, this may be for you. Title really didn’t do it justice.
