I struggled to find a good Fitness podcast that felt like it was meant for everyone. This podcast has become my go-to when I’m on the way to the gym, and sometimes even while I’m working out. The hosts are so relatable, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. I never feel “talked down to” or like I’m “not advanced enough” for the episode topic.
