I would highly recommend tuning in to Pete and Sarah’s discussion about Vit D. It was interesting and engaging to listen to as they broke-down loads of nutritional and scientific information in to bite-sized chunks. Sarah explained, in simple terms, the ins and outs of Vit D deficiency, which as they both pointed out, most of us are likely to be suffering from.
