  • unfair review?

i heard only one episode, featuring jennifer jenkins, but found her style of talking so hard to parse that i never went back to the show. i had to listen closely and frequently rewind because her words were so slurred together and so lacked emphasis cues, that i couldn’t concentrate on the point she was making

It's a complex issue, and while there may be arguments for transformative use, I foresee potential market harm that might be viewed unfavorably in court.
