  • Not an immigration attorney

    As I said not an Immigration Attorney but I am hook to this podcast. I probably listened to 80% of the podcasts more than real and licensed lawyers. Why ? First of all I have plenty of times second I am an immigrant and fascinated by how Kevin breaks down every caselaw in the immigration world. Immigration is like a labyrinth and only good lawyers knows how to navigate and Kevin is one of them good ones.   • A literal lifesaver as an attorney new to immigration law

    Although I’ve been practicing for close to two decades, I just started a new job where I needed to be at least conversant in issues related to the practice of immigration law, primarily removal defense, and issues affecting refugees. This podcast has been IMMENSELY helpful in getting up to speed - straightforward and accessible analysis. This is now part of my Monday morning routine.
