來吧！緊接著我們介紹第二種最常見的「左右鼻息交替呼吸法」（Nadi Shodhana Pranayama）練習方式。操作方法：以右手大拇指控制右邊鼻孔，右手無名指或小拇指控制左邊鼻孔，進行「左吸氣→右吐氣→右吸氣→左吐氣」，為一個完整的回合。整個過程只需用單手完成，這也是最多瑜伽練習者所採用的方式。你可以進行十個回合或以上，願妳／你喜歡，收穫滿滿：）
