I appreciate the fitness and vegan info for athletes . I do not listen to this show to get an earful of social or political commentary from gist or guests. Do you really think everyone who listens agrees with where you fall on that spectrum or are we continuing assumptions and stereotypes? I absolutely love this podcast. Karina kicks it out of the park. I’m vegan and wanted to get some facts and vegan information that helps me with nutrition and fitness. I’m also a client.
