This is the only workout podcast I've found with a pretty hot trainer, but honestly, the shows are so funny I'd probably laugh too hard to actually be able to do any of the workouts. I just listen to them for fun. They have pretty useful and interesting information that doesn't pertain to workouts, and if I were to try them, I'd guess they're at a beginner to intermediate level, which is probably ideal for most people. I've been a listener since winter, but am just now getting to this review. NBW is a great fitness podcast and one of my favorites. Because the instructions are so descriptive and simple I never wonder if I'm doing something wrong. The format also makes it easy to follow along at your own pace. Love the topic choices, Alli’s narration, the workouts themselves, good stuff. That DING though. It’s painful. The last thing anyone wants after holding a forearm plank is to be aurally assaulted by the bell from CinemaSins. Not to be dramatic but it pierces my soulll🙉🤕 Swapping it for a more satisfying sound would make these workouts much more rewarding.
