I made a comment online about adding yoga into my weight lifting routine. I’m having chiropractic issues (probation from tight back muscles) from not stretching enough and getting older. Anyways, this dude was just downright rude to me and then blocked me. I don’t even know what I said that was wrong. I’m flabbergasted he has a business giving fitness advice if he is against stretching and treats people this way. I’m hoping he was hacked and that wasn’t really him that commented to me.
I used to like Mav and respect what he was trying to do but what he says on his podcasts and what he says on his social media are two different things and I’d rather not find out who he really is.
Randomly found the Willett duo on Reels and (finally) gained the insight that enabled me to quiet all the confusing noise that’s out there regarding deficits/versus maintenance cals, in order to experience weight loss. Even implementing at 90% of what is shared has helped me move the scale down in a way I wasn’t able to the first 2-4weeks of doing the guess work myself. Check out their YouTube, amazing free guidance. Appreciate the info guys!
Loved this episode. Lots of great information. I wonder if you could speak more into the mic as some of the information was so quiet it was hard to hear
For better or worse you will quickly find yourself falling in love with Mav and his knowledge and vulnerability. Wanna start your day or end your day well? Head to work and put on an episode. Or do your evening walk to his dreamy voice. Hahaha honestly tho. This is a consistently GREAT podcast. Pick any episode and you won’t be disappointed.
