  • The resource I needed!!

    So thankful I found this podcast! After being diagnosed with two inflammatory diseases I knew I needed to make some changes to how I nourish my body. I first found the book “meals that heal” and after reading it over and over again knew I needed more! That is when I found the podcast! It has helped as I have made changes to my diet to better understand the why and feel empowered and motivated to keep going! Thank you ladies!!!!
