Update—I gave energy-I feel like I have my life back and love listening to the podcast-it’s inspiring
The world of migraines has always been isolating… until I found this podcast. Finally information that makes sense and stories from others going through similar journeys. Highly recommend Diane and her work for migraine sufferers and their communities. It’s changed my life.
Great podcasts for those of us with migraine (especially chronic). Diane and her guests bring stories of their journey and relatable experiences, symptoms, and feelings. Coping with migraine is an isolating and silent/invisible diisease. Stories of successful movement from chronic to episodic migraine gives me hope. Joining Nectar Health will hopefully lead me out of my 25+ year battle with migraine disease.
