I highly recommend this podcast for fitness coaches. Very informative and they teach you “how to think” and “ what to think”. They encourage good principles/intentions for the coach, which can lead to better coaching and value for the client.
The insight these episodes continue to provide, have refined my way of thinking, and approach to coaching and owning a business.
