  • answer: no, they are perfectly safe. I'm majorly disappointed CVG would give a platform to a know-nothing grifter like Steven Rofrano. he's not a doctor or a dietitian, just a former software engineer who watched too many wellness influencer videos on TikTok and now peddles overpriced snack chips for Erewhon. I had to stop listening to the podcast so my head wouldn't explode, never heard so many patently untrue statements in one sitting SMH.

  • Great content. Sound is weird.

The content is so fantastic but the mics seem to really be low quality causing echo or reverb that’s unpleasant.

S13 EP3: The Truth About UTIs
Q: Is pelvic floor health relevant to UTI discussions?

S13 EP3: The Truth About UTIs
Q: What can chronic UTI sufferers do if they've hit their limit on the number of antibiotics?
They may receive a year-long prescription for Hiprex, which is an antiseptic rather than an antibiotic, offering a potentially safer option.
S13 EP3: The Truth About UTIs
Q: Why is there a difference in UTI prevalence between women and men?
Anatomical differences, particularly the distance between the anus and urethra, along with hormonal factors, contribute to higher UTI rates in women than in men.
S13 EP3: The Truth About UTIs
Q: Why should we all be angry about UTIs?
We should be angry because despite affecting 400 million people a year, the treatments haven't improved significantly in the past century, leading to continued reliance on outdated antibiotics.
S13 EP4: This is How to Reclaim Your Power
Q: How do we reframe midlife into a spiritual awakening?
Dr. Hanson explains that midlife can be seen as a spiritual journey rather than a crisis by embracing the changes and understanding the power of choice in one's narrative.
