  • Uninformed

Went into this one really excited. The episode was meant to about period loss and how to address it. Well, I am already pretty knowledgeable about health. I am my own best doctor, as I practice health care also. Love to learn something new.

This though, was an episode of nothing, and nothing new. I’ll summarize, eat well and reduce stress. Get sleep. Get some sun. Having kids is hard. Haha

This episode and I’m certain show, is filled with recycled content shared everywhere else. Only difference... more

  • Not Terrible. Their answers tend to drone on and I end up skipping through. Stefani also likely has some unresolved trauma that manifests through her odd symptoms and sensitivities. Migraine headaches are 100% psychosomatic. My advice is look into Alan Gordon, John Sarno on TMS WIKI.

  • Good content if you have tons of time

I appreciate the range of topics and the quality of information, but the actual topic content tends to be buried after and among a lot of chat about random issues and/or with the guest or about the hosts. I don't have time to weed through that unrelated content and do not find it interesting, but if you do enjoy that, it's a good option for women's health.
