I love this podcast, it is like having your own personal trainer alongside you. Graham is so motivational. I love the fact that it suits all abilities and levels of fitness. I can train at my slow / stop yet still feel after each session I have achieved and want to come back for more.
The best thing about BMF for me is being outside. The next best thing is being told exactly what to do.
This podcast delivers those two things.
With Graham in my ears giving encouragement, I don't have to time myself or count reps, I can just focus on working hard. More please!
I’ve done BMF for a few years now and these podcasts are so close to being out in the parks with the instructors.
They are varied and paced well and can really push you to develop your fitness.
It feels like the instructors are with you and they know exactly when you’re starting to fatigue and give you that extra motivation to push yourself. Just when you’ve had enough, they change it up, and that’s the sign of a great instructor for me.
I’d be lost without these classes.
Graham has done it again. With the focus firmly on fitness and wellbeing, this podcast is just like having him by your side. A great workout, and I can’t wait for the next one!

I usually attend the outdoor group sessions and have gained great strength, fitness and family over the years. What a great podcast! The next best thing to a live BMF session. It felt like it was live anyway with Graham’s commentary! It made a nice change to doing BMF at home via Zoom because we were able to make full use of the park & get dirty! Thanks Graham!

I’ve been struggling to exercise during lockdown due to living in a tiny flat and having no outdoor space, leaving little options other than just to get out and run (which can get quite monotonous!) I like the idea of guided sessions over zoom but being a glasses wearer and taking them off for exercise means I struggle to see the screen! I’ve been trying to think of a way around this and having the BMF workout as a podcast is the perfect solution! Being able to download the workout then head out... more
Definitely recommend for those that want to get / stay fit . Great motivation too for those that struggle to exercise solo . Plenty of exercises/ running etc , it’s like your very own personal trainer .

Easy to follow instructions anyone can do anywhere. Enjoyable and great as working shifts can do in my own time anywhere .
Grahams podcast takes you through a step by step one hour Be military fit session. It’s’ intense varied and you don’t need to think, just do the next set of exercises ,while using as much of a park or field as you want to. Graham’s style is encouraging and direct .When you finish the session you feel a that not only did you have the satisfaction of a hard workout but lockdown didn’t even enter you mind and its all fully Covid compliant. Wonderful!
